How many guests can you cater for?

We cater intimate gatherings as well as large celebrations. Whether 20 or 200+, we scale to suit your guest list.

Can you customize the menu for our event?

We offer a wide selection of appetizers, pastas, mains, and desserts for you to choose from. Every couple has a unique story, therefore we tailor each menu to reflect your vision, theme, and personal tastes.

Can you provide a bar service for my event?

Yes. We offer full bar service to complement your menu (additional fees). Our professional servers and bartender will be present throughout your event to ensure seamless service. Please note that all liquor must be purchased by the host.

What is included in your Catering packages?

Our packages include menu planning, preparation, setup, and service. We handle every detail so your event runs seamlessly. You’ll also have our professional servers and a dedicated Chefs present throughout the food service to ensure every detail.

Do you accommodate dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, allergies)?

Yes. We believe everyone deserves to enjoy the table, so we gladly create options for any dietary requirements. We’ll just need to know your guests’ restrictions ahead of time.

Do you require a deposit to secure our date?

Yes, a deposit confirms your booking, with the final balance due closer to your event.

Do you travel outside of Kelowna?

Yes, we’re happy to bring Toncini Modern Italian to venues across the Okanagan and beyond. Additional travel fees apply. We’ll be glad to discuss the details with you.
