My team and I will arrive approximately 2 hours before the desired start time in order to introduce ourselves, settle into the kitchen, and ensure everything aligns perfectly with your expectations.
We'll also review any allergies or special requests to ensure a smooth and seamless event.

From there, we'll take care of the cooking, service, and final cleanup, ensuring you can relax and enjoy the evening with your guests.

A 50% deposit is necessary to confirm the reservation. You can send the deposit via e-transfer or pay in cash. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event and can be settled with cash, cheque, or e-transfer.

We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free menus upon request. Please disclose any allergies during the booking process for our careful consideration.
